Create, curate, and manage all collaterals, such as presentations, catalogues, brochures, flyers, product/service documentation etc.
Research on existing and future technologies and products. Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns and offline customer outreach strategies.
Conduct regular and thorough research on company’s business pattern and customer purchase patterns/trends. Formulate business intelligence, analyze data and advice Management and other teams (product, sales etc) how to effectively outreach customers and increase sales.
Coordinate closely with relevant teams (i.e. sales, product, technical) to plan and execute effective offline campaigns to generate leads and convert sales.
Conduct offline campaigns to reach to our existing customers and encourage up-sell/cross-sell.
Design and develop promotional materials, collateral, documentation etc for company’s growing product/service portfolio.
Create lead funnels gathered from different channels (trade, events, in-bound etc), verify and validate the leads, follow up with respective teams (i.e. sales, product) and track conversion of the leads.
Work closely with line manager and company leadership and advise new forms of innovation in product collaterals, client outreach strategy, business intelligence and business development.
Prepare presentation, letters, whitepapers, concept notes and similar forms of materials as assigned by the line manager.
Compile reports for management showing results (ROI).

Prior experience of design, presentation preparation, specially on Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Word is a must.
Candidate must have fantastic interpersonal communication skills. S/he should be able to effectively. communicate with team members, colleagues with other teams and external stakeholders.
Candidate must have deep understanding of business development, consumer behavior and business intelligence.
Candidate must be adaptive, analytical, problem solver and aggressively passionate. Should remain self-motivated for any and all organizational business goals.
Candidate must have a keen sense of design, aesthetics in designing and developing client-facing product/service collaterals.
Prior knowledge and experience on documentation, copy writing, technical writing shall get preference.
Proven experience on IT/ISP/ITES marketing, collateral development shall get preference.
Experience of working in a Marketing/Advertising/Digital agency shall add value.
Ability to work under pressure, with minimum supervision and to maintain deadline.
Flexible, fluid, adaptive and always ready to learn and adapt.
Ability to work 24/7.
Strong Communication Skill.
Good presentation skills.
Good at English ang Bangla communication.
